10 cents legion..
Mr B has done it again. As much as i'm refraining frm turning my blog into a thrashy B complaint box but its hard.
Once more, it happened during lunch time.
At BK, he relayed his order to us (yes, he informed us this time) and he wanted to upsize his "BK Big Fish" meal.
Incident 1....
Guy D: Drinks? (With obvious reference to the choice of drinks)
A, E: Ice Lemon Tea and Barley pls!
B : Oh, drink? eh.. i don't want to upsize the drink.
D to B : Asking u on the choice of drink! Besides, u can't choose not to upsize the drink if u upsize the meal!
B : Okie, Coke.. (quietly disappears w/o anyone noticing and expecting us to serve him.. as usual)
Incident 2....
D to B : Okie, here's the change. (handing him 50cents as B had given him $7)
(Assuming that the meal cost $6.50 after upsizing as most meals are $6 before upsizing)
B to D : Eh, u still owe me 10cents!
Silence and stunned... A, D, E exchanged confused and bemused looks.
To prevent a cat fight from breaking out, D hands B his precious 10cents....
The rest all thought his Big Fish Meal really cost $6.50 after upsize. We couldn't be bothered to check out the price of B's meal.
Is 10cents really that important? Its still money nonetheless but need we (men) be so calculative??
Imaging kicking up a big fuss over 10cents.
Guy A realises that B is selfish. He doesn't want to share his fries (not that anyone will steal his) and even his chilli sauce (okie, this is quite bad). He only squeezes the packet of chilli sauce for himself. B is thrifty (politically correct term) or rather cheapskate. As long as he doesn't have to pay 20 or 30 cents extra for adding rice for his lunch, he will frequent that stall. FYI, his rice intake is 2 times mine and 4 times that of a normal gal's.
B will always wait for A to help him get his timesheet signed every friday. If A doesn't mention bout' the time sheet when the knock off time is up, B won't mention as well., He expects to be serviced by A all the time. B is like the king. Expecting others to do things for him whilst not returing any favours to others.
Selfish.
